Privacy Policy

Darna Verify collects the data needed to operate skill assessments: accounts, campaigns, candidate consent, audio recordings, transcripts, scores, and reports.

We store audio in private storage and save transcripts, scores, and reports in Supabase. Audio and transcripts are not public.

Employers can only access campaigns for companies they are authorized to manage. Candidate links use invite tokens and do not require login.

The MVP default raw-audio retention period is 180 days, with campaign-level configuration planned later.

We use email for operational messages such as invites, claims, and account notifications. We do not sell user data.
